Accessing the Chapa Dashboard

To access Chapa's Dashboard, you must first create a Chapa account. During registration:

  • You will be required to provide a valid email address or phone number.
  • Chapa will send a verification email or SMS to confirm your account.
  • You must verify your email before gaining full access to the Dashboard.

If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes:

  • Ensure the email address or phone number entered is correct.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Resend the verification email if necessary.

Account verification helps ensure security and compliance with financial regulations.
